What shipping method do you use?
UPS Ground delivery is our primary method of shipping. We also use other carriers and other shipping methods depending on the situation. These are available upon request and may require additional charges. We ship to all businesses in the 50 United States from Los Angeles, California. Please contact us at 1-800-729-5963 for further information.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to International destinations. These shipments generally require a payment prior to the shipment of an order.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via UPS standard ground service. We can also work with freight consolidators and forwarders. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Generally, packages may be delayed and held at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

How do I check status on my order?
If an order is shipped out via UPS, and a valid email address is provided, Wood Expressions, Inc. will automatically send you a tracking confirmation # for your convenience. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package. If an order is shipped from a different carrier, a tracking confirmation can be provided upon request.

What if I received my order damaged or short?
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after you received the order. Please notify Customer Service by either e-mail at: customerservice@woodexpressions.com or call us at: 1-310-329-9143 Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM (PST). Please hold on to all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary from the shipping carrier.

You shipped me the wrong item, What do I do?
