RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
NO returned merchandise will be accepted without written or faxed request to our Customer Service Department. Any item sent to our warehouse without an authorization number will be refused. In order to receive full credit or replacement, please be sure it is properly packed in an outer carton. Requests for all returns must be made within 90 days of invoice.
