This tournament-size chess set comes complete with chess board, chessmen and a travel canvas bag, and it meets the World Chess Federation's (FIDE) height, weight, and proportions standards for tournament play. It includes our plastic black and cream chess pieces that are triple weighted with a large tournament sized 4 inch king with two extra queens in the event you are a good enough player to promote a pawn into an extra queen. Pieces have green felted bottoms and come packaged in heavy zip lock bags. The vinyl roll-up board with 2.25 inch squares includes algebraic notation for game analysis. • If the customer receives a product that is defective or damaged, he/she must notify Wood Expressions, Inc. via email (cs@woodexpressions.com) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is received, and we will send a replacement at our cost.
• If a package is marked DELIVERED by carrier but is not received by the customer, the customer must notify us via email (cs@woodexpressions.com) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is marked DELIVERED.
• Undamaged/unused products, purchased in November or December, may be returned within 45 days from the customer's receipt of the product for a refund less the original shipping charges.
• All other undamaged/unused products returned within 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product may be refunded less the original shipping charges.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
• Customized/Laser Engraved/ or Personalized items cannot be returned.
  
• We do not charge a restocking/repackaging fee.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds are typically processed within one week from when the package is returned to us.
