• Wood Expressions, Inc. believes in the quality of our games and stands fully behind our products.
• If the customer receives a product that is defective or damaged, he/she must notify Wood Expressions, Inc. via email (cs@woodexpressions.com) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is received, and we will send a replacement at our cost.
• If a package is marked DELIVERED by carrier but is not received by the customer, the customer must notify us via email (cs@woodexpressions.com) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is marked DELIVERED.
• Undamaged/unused products, purchased in November or December, may be returned within 45 days from the customer's receipt of the product for a refund less the original shipping charges.
• All other undamaged/unused products returned within 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product may be refunded less the original shipping charges.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
• Customized/Laser Engraved/ or Personalized items cannot be returned.
  
• We do not charge a restocking/repackaging fee.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds are typically processed within one week from when the package is returned to us.
